It is their journey of transformation that propelled me to want to make a bigger footprint-- to really stand up for the power and liberation inherent in the elevation of a woman's image and the transformation that inevitable takes place in her life as a result." Bio Natalie Jobity, aka The Image Diva, and founder of " Mission 1 Million Makeovers: Change your Image, Transform your Life" is a sought after image consultant based in the DC metro area who services women nationwide. As President of Elan Image Management, she works with women to help them define and project their unique signature style and an image that positions them for success in all areas of their life. Natalie is the author of "Frumpy to Fabulous: Flaunting It. Your Ultimate Guide to Effortless Style". She has been featured in a variety of print and online publications and on TV as an image expert. She has an active blog on her website: www.elanimagemanagement.com and writes a national column on Examiner titled 'Women Image & Wardrobe'. Her clients range from the executive on the fast track who needs to step her image up several notches to the Mom who needs to rediscover her passion for fashion. She works with women of all shapes, sizes, ethnicities and lifestyles. Natalie hails from Trinidad & Tobago, lived for a year in England and called New York her home for 9 years. She now resides in the DC metro area. Natalie has been a fashionista ever since she was old enough to read her Mothers Glamour magazines. As a 6 feet tall woman, Natalie understands first-hand the power of presence and how to work with a challenging size and still create a stunning impression. She is passionate about helping women look fabulous, and loves to discover ways for women to incorporate color and accessories in their own unique personal style. Natalie conducts workshops and seminars for women, groups, companies, associations and students on a variety of image topics including dressing for success. She participates in charitable events throughout the year locally, and in 2009 sponsored and hosted her own successful event, Tweak your (she)ic Image & Beauty Lounge to raise awareness and funds for Suited for Change. With over 15 years of experience in marketing, most recently working as a VP of research in the financial services sector for a marketing research company, Natalie has often counseled corporate clients on understanding the drivers of their company brand reputation and corporate image and she leverages this experience at Elan Image Management. Natalie is certified by the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI). She has also received styling and image training from the Image Resource Center of NY, an internationally recognizable training group in the image consulting field. Her formal education includes a B.S. (magna cum laude) in Accounting and Economics from Rutgers University, a Masters in Finance from Cambridge University and an MBA in Marketing from Baruch College, CUNY.
